List of all Menu Lines

Is there a way to output all the possible menu lines accessable for a user. I'd like to dump the Admin menu table to an excel file so I can more easily setup users with customer menu layouts.
 
I guess SysMgr > PS-G, the data used to populate the list of menu line items would be nice. Where does that data reside?

In EVO you can go to System Mgr>>PS-E or the other option would be to go to www.istechsupport.com and click on the resources and click and download the "EVO menu in Excel format" which is the admin menu in spread sheet format. Not sure how up to date it is but worth looking at.
