INVENTORY

I have one inventory item that was entered by myself and then again by my secretary. How do I delete the extra entry so the received inventory shows correct on the po?

If the part numbers are exactly the same you shouldn't have been able to enter it twice.  If they are slightly different but really for the same thing use SM-J-L to merge them together.
