Create Test Company with Existing Company Data

We are in the process of working with our inventory and making some changes as to how it tracks and we want to be able to test the changes before we go live. How do we go about setting up a test company using our current live data? I found one other thread in the forum, but it does not appear that the thread was ever completed/finished.

Go to System Manager ... UT-I Create Delete Company ... select create ... enter a company code (e.g. 02) .... select copy from another company .... Select company to copy .... Name the new company ... click GO. Wait until it completes the copy and the data dictionary update. It is suggested to use TAS-Q to Select a new logo for the new company so it is obvious when you are in the "real" vs "Trial" company.
