Somehow, the same employee is listed in triplicate, with payroll history, 3x.
 
I've tried to delete two of them, though first notification stated that it could not be deleted as the person was a salesperson and that would have to be removed.  i was able to change that.  then, i could not as evidently there were listed as a Rep with a password under contact manager in system maintenance - i removed that too.
 
now, i can't delete them as it states that i would have to purge payroll history BKPRHIST.  I'm afraid to do that, as all three employees have the same history.  
 
any advice, anyone?  thank you.
