Routing Notes (ROU) not transfered when copy Part

We had an instance of part numbers set up with boms and routing which then became a -1 configuration. Copied from basic to dash 1 with IN-B COPY ITEM. Then we deleted the bom and routing for the basic and deleted the item number with IN-B delete.
Now we discover that the copy from one item to the other did not copy the Routing (ROU) notes.
Shouldn't the copy function have copied ALL notes within the routing?

IN-L-N can be used to copy all three and it has just been corrected to include Evo Notes associated with the routing. The fix will be released with version 2018.3.
