We have a few Parts stuck in PO-J-C. We would like to delete them but the delete key is greyed out

You should just try and delete them. Once they are in QC either reject them so they go back on the PO or accept them so they go into inventory.

Can not delete them, Button grayed out. Also, can not accept or reject them. If we put in one of the receiver #s in question in PO-J-C, We get "The PO line for this receiver was not found. This QC buyoff cannot be entered"

Thank you Lynn,
As I am not familiar with UT-A and running the POLQCFIX. I assume everyone should be out of EVO before running? Also What Databases, if any, should be backed up first?

Don't need to have other users get out and there is really no need to back anything up.

Hi Lynn,
I would like to run this, but SOP requires me to back up any table that may be affected by running the POLQFIX.(just in case)
Can you please give me an idea of what to backup?
Thank you,
Jimmy

Update 2.
1. Backed up the BKQCMSTR
2. Deleted bad/ghost entries
3. Rechecked PO-J-C--Bad entries are now gone
I thank Lynn for her assistance........
