IN-B / Costs tab Material field origin?

For a Make-From part in our inventory (consists of a metal plate that has outside screen printing added)...
The IN-B/Costs tab under "This Level Costs" heading.  Where does the cost displayed in the Material field originate so we can update/correct/control?

Make-From (Type M) should have nothing in This Level Material Cost, only Outside Processing.  Material comes from the BOM.  UT-A, program FIXSTD can be used to zero out the unwanted cost.
