We have labor parts for which we have been able to use a BOM  for costing. Very recently some of these parts have not invoiced with a COGS. In viewing the part(s) in IN-A, the standard cost seems to be populated, but the last cost is gone. The COGS on these parts are derived from last cost & they are commonly invoiced parts. It does not seem to be a global issue, since some of the same type of parts are not being affected. This was just noticed on 11-15-19

The last cost being missing seems to be the only difference between the parts that are posting properly (w/COGS) and the parts that are not posting properly. All parts have the standard cost, so we were under the assumption that the posted COGS was being pulled from the last cost. Either way, we cannot figure out why the COGS is not posting on many of these parts.
