Paid AP Voucher now missing in AP-B

I went to GL-O and found that the transactions associated with a manual check i had entered was out of balance. I then went to AP-B to look at how it was entered and distributed and discovered the voucher is not there. I can find the payment and check number in AP-R. The voucher exists in BKAPCHKH, and BKAPINVT. It does not exist in BKAPINVL nor BKGLTRAN.

Any thought?

It would not be in BKGLTRAN unless you posted GL-O, If its in GL-O then those transactions will still be in the BKGLTEMP file. Write the number in the BKAP.INVT.NUM field (BKAPINVT) file. Then open up the BKAPINVL file and change the sort by to BKAP.INVL.NUM and enter that number you wrote down. If it still doesn't come up then the record never got created in this file which is why it doesn't show up in AP-B.
