Pervasive V11 and Windows 10

Are some Windows 10 users still using Pervasive V11?  I know Actican states that Windows 10 is not supported on that version, but "not supported" and "it works" are two different things.

I have windows 10 home and PSQL 11 on my desk machine.
Could this be causing problems?    We have issues with EVO on all our machiness but on this particular machine (win10 home/PSQL 11)  we have to reset DBA 3 or 4 times a day. Probably not related but you got me wondering.

I have to restart EVO  a few times a day on my Windows 7 machine.  There was a thread about this some time back.  I think it was more an EVO/TAS programming issue.
I created a batch file called Tp7Kill that I run when EVO locks up:

taskkill /f /im tp7runtime.exe

I put it on my desktop.  Speeds things up a bit.

We run Pervasive11 still on the server (Linux) and the desktop (Windows)..  We do not have to "reset" Evo. Most of our issues are actually user related.  PSQL11 is out of date but it has not been an issue continuing to use with using Evo.
