Our MRP function has worked properly for many years.  A few weeks ago something happened and now when we do an MRP the buy report contains all of the components needed for  existing system sales orders  when all of these components have been ordered and received into inventory.  Have tried re-indexing all the files used by the MRP process with no success.  Any ideas?

Lynn,  That was it. We had moved the work order date out and forgot to change the sales order date to later than the new work order date.  Now the buy report is correct.  Thanks a million.
