Had a user get an error using CSI for a specific customer, and it referenced the Customer Service Inquiry log. The error on screen said "An error occurred: Error getting notes for BKARHINV127334." That invoice was from last year, and SO is definitely closed. I checked the log and it indicated there was a problem with the CDATE in that record (Invalid data in field: IS-NOTE-CDATE). Checked the ISNOTES table in MDB and the date is 00/00/00. Unable to update it to the correct date, justs defaults back to 00/00/00. I sorted the table and noticed there are a few questionable records in the table and am wondering if should just get rid of therm? Here they are: IS NOTE CDATE IS NOTE ID IS NOTE TYPE IS NOTE NOTE IS NOTE CTIME IS NOTE CWHD IS NOTE EDATE 00/00/00 ISRMINVL (Memo) 00/00/00 00/00/00 ISRMINVL (Memo) 00/00/00 00/00/00 ISRMINV (Memo) 00/00/00 00/00/00 BKARINV 99197 CSN (Memo) 01:43:33 P TLEVERONE 00/00/00 00/00/00 BKARHINV 172334 CSN (Memo) 01:43:33 P TLEVERONE 00/00/00 Kind regards, Val
