Today accounting has had in the last couple of hours 3 btrieve -5 errors when posting.  The first was when posting some payables, the person got the btrieve error -5 a number of times and then an application exception error.  I believe (I hope) they exited out of Evo at that point.  They didn't get an error log. The second time was posting again AP. Same issue apparently. same errors.  The third time just a short while ago was posting related to Cash receipts (a wire transfer).  Each instance created duplicate, triplicate or quadruplicate entries in BKGLTRAN that had to be manually removed.
 
I am wondering what tables are in common for each of these that may possibly have records with duplicate data in them that could be causing this btrieve error-5 issue?  This has not happened before today, so something went amiss today.
