increase drop down box size

How do we increase the size of the "drop down data entry box" that opens when we open a module. example SO-A, PO-A, SA-L, (actually everything I think)
My guys are requesting that the dropdown box that opens up when you open the module options be increased. The box is only about 25% of the screen. You can maximize it but the fonts and fields all stay the same.

I have tried US-C reset DFM, UT-E RUN Form Display Size., Tools size.
