Is there a way to automatically discount an item for a specific customer 100% if a specific order threshold is met?
 
Example:
 
Customer order total is $35 (without shipping)
Order qualifies for a FREE item
 
Right now we're entering the free item and changing the price to 0, but I'd like to automate this. I'm sure that the free item cannot be automatically added - but I feel like with Price Codes/Discount Codes the price could be changed to 0, I just don't know how.
 
We only use discount codes currently so there are no price codes in effect.
