Trying to tag on to a separate post but I am not sure how people find/stumble across new replies so I am posting at the top level (sorry if breaking the rules)
In the other post I saw a reference to "initialize the BKQTTEMP file" to clear it out and start over with the DE-S process to update the item image links.
My issue is that I cannot find any reference in the documentation how to "initialize" a specific file?  
Any help is appreciated
