Does anyone kwow of any problems updating from 2002.3 to 2002.4 (besides the service pack) ???

None that I know of if you follow all the appropraite steps.
 
You MAY notice that your security settings need to be reset, and you may also have to rename some of the RTM files from RTX to RTM.

I have the email add on program.  
 
I can't seem to find it.  
 
I still have all settings in my C:/isnz folder. And I appear to have everything on my server correctly.
 
What happen?  It's like it just disappeared.
 
I think it's been missing since I dowloaded your update few weeks ago.

Did you maybe download a patch from DBA rather than IS Tech Support?  They would have provided a new menu that wiped out what you have so the program is still there, just not the menu to get to it.  I am posting a new update tomorrow, when you download it you will get the menu back.

Nope I didn't download from DBA.

I just downloaded the istechsupport full update and installed.  Now when I click on PO-A  I get a "you are not licensed to run this program please contact istech to ......,  What do I do now.  We are system down.

You need to reinstall the license file I sent you when you joined.  The license file included in the download was posted before you joined so it does not include your information.
