Adding workstation

Recently had to have the drive of 1 workstation wiped clean. How do I go about reinstalling dba on the workstation. Currently running 2001.1 - client server

Install the Pervasive client from server\PVSW\Clients\Win\setup, and then DBA icons from server\DBAMFG\Workstation Setup\setup.
