SD-C PO Defaults
04/23/03 at 06:29:26
Hi there. I noticed that there are two fields in the PO Defaults Screen that do not have an explanation in HELP. They are under the PURCHASE ORDERS section.
Allow entry to (Y/N Require)
Location
GL Department
Can someone tell me about the GL Department default? We only have one location so I'm not concerned about that one.
Thank you.

Yes = you CAN enter a GL Dept, but don't have to
No = you CAN'T enter a GL Dept
Require = you HAVE to enter a GL Dept.
