The language on the opening screen of UT-K-I suggests that Dept codes are the most likely generator of binary zer0s. Since we don't have any dept codes, and it takes so long for the process, would it be wise to only do it once every 3 or 6 months instead of the recommended once a month?
 
Aside from that, as far as I know, we've never had a problem with them. Further, if you do get them it's unlikely to happen just before you run the monthly procedure, so you're going to have the problem anyways. Then you'll know and have to fix it.
