I have two postings that I believe occurred as a result of a bad date entry last year, that have now popped up.  I need to clear them from a/p aging without having it affect the general ledger account.  please advise what database files I need to get in to to completely clear.  Thanks

Before deleting them in Maintain Database, make sure that they do not affect your AP total in the GL.   If they do, what you will need to do is completely reverse the entries that made them in the first place, and then apply the resulting credits to the charges in AP (basically create a net zero AP check) to get them off the aging.
