Print form defaults
06/30/03 at 09:38:35
I am experiencing problems with the proper form being called up for printing in SO-P-B print sales quotations. It was working fine earlier today. Defaults are setup to pull in BK... but the T6 form comes up in the forms box. When I change it to BK, it does not print with any of the information.
Rebooted the server and the workstations. What else can I do to correct this problem?
Works fine in regular DBA. But I can't afford to have everyone remember which things they have to do in EVO and which they have to do in DBA. There are already other items, we have to switch to DBA to print properly.

Check your menu. If it is calling the T6... RUN file then it will call the T6... RTM. Change the menu to call the BK... program and it will in turn call the BK... RTM.

What menu?
When I am is SO-P-B, The lookup for the form calls for T6..., if I change it to BK..., it comes up with almost everything blank. But, earlier today, the BK... was automatically coming up as the proper form.

Further info: I think what was printing okay before was SO-P-A not SO-P-B. The correct form comes up in SO-P-A as the BK...., however, when I switch to SO-P-B to reprint a quote, the T6... form comes up as the default. When I manually switch the the BK... form, it does not print it correctly.

Look in
Sytem Mgr
>
TAS 6-G
.
Edit the Menu Line Program name for each Access Code that uses SO-P-B.
