Customer info not correct in SO-A (Read 864 times)

Cyndee Pappas Senior Member EVO~ERP 2006.1 02/28/06 update Posts: 258 Gender:	Customer info not correct in SO-A 08/08/03 at 11:50:43 I just edited the ship via info for a customer and saved it. Went back in to check and changes are reflected. Also can see the new info thru AR-Q. But when I enter a new SO, still shows the previous info. I tried getting out of DBA completely and then going back in but no change. ???

There are two places I can think of that you may have edited: 1. You changed the default Ship-To (in the Billing Customer) in AR-A, or 2. You edited the data of the Ship-To Customer in AR-A. Also, what program is AR-Q?

Sorry, that was vague. And I found my error. I changed the default ship via using AR-A. But I used the bill-to customer record instead the ship-to. embarrassed

AR-Q is View Customer information (An ISTS enhancement). A wonderful tool for us anal types who don't allow anyone outside of accounting access to things like AR-A.
I've long wanted others to have read-only access to the info and now they do. Thanks, Lynn!

That's also available (I think for any screen) through the Evo update, by specifying whether the person can save or delete.
