Using the 7/4/03 Subscriber update. When entering Sales Orders, pricing does not pull into the sales order. But, if you go back through and tab through the lines, the correct pricing does come in. We use discount codes, but I also tried using price codes and F&O special pricing. All work the same way. I'm taking a lot of heat for this. Since I do the invoicing, I'm double checking everything before I release the order. BUT, the sales guys often give a verbal quote, or send the acknowledgement to the customer. And they tell me it's a BIG issue. Anyone else have this happening?

Yes. We're set for Add Price to Parent = N. If Add Price to Parent was set to Y, this may have gone unnoticed for a long time. Most of our orders are on the phone. Even the faxed ones often don't have pricing, so with nothing to match to, we would not have noticed it until the customers started yelling.
