10-17-2003 Update install Problems

I followed the directions to install the 10-17-2003 updates. It said to extract zip file to the DBAMFG\DEFAULT folder. I did this, and executed the dbarun.exe file and it gave me an error of "DBAMFG\DEFAULT\TP5WDBA.EXE NOT FOUND"
 
Should this file be extracted and executed in another folder? If so, Which one?

It should be extracted to DBAMFG, not the DEFAULT subfolder.  The only thing that should be extracted to the DEFAULT folder is the file that was emailed to you, not the download itself.
