I have to add a note to most of my sales orders/invoices and have tried to use the templates but it will not work for what I need. I have to type the same
notes on the sales orders and would like to have a way to either include the note to the order/invoice and not have to type every time. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

If you only need it on the Invoice and/or Acknowledgement, you could use Ending Lines (if it will fit in the space provided), and say Yes or No when saving the SO.
 
If you need it on the Packing Slip as well, I'd assume that if you're using TAS Evo and have the forms editor that you could add those fields to the PS. Or modify an Invoice form and save it as a PS.
