SO-A Lock
12/03/03 at 12:20:47

Our sales associate was entering an order when his computer locked up on him and we had to shut him down abnormally.  The Sales Order he was in is now locked and he can't open it.  To solve the time issue, he re-entered it with another number, but I'd like to unlock and remove the locked sales order.

How to do that?

Have the user log out of DBA and then go to Start>Programs>Pervasive>Pervasive.SQL 2000i>Utilities>Monitor.

Do this on the server for the easiest.

Click on Microkernel>Active Users. Select the user that is having the problem (they should still show as being in, even though they have logged out) and click on Delete Current User.

Try the SO again.
