Ok...  I know I have seen this someplace, or done it (in the past) some way, but my memory is not working today.
 
Can I, and then how can I, get a report, list, what-have-you, out of the system which will tell me ALL the material that I have allocated with orders, that exceed what I have available (QOH + On Purchase Order, etc.)??
 
I know it will "*" those items on a BOM list per finished part, but we want to be able to pull up, daily, a list of all raw material that needs to be ordered, based on finished product orders...etc..........

Any time DBA comes back and tells me "this is going to take several hours to run and will take up system resources", or something to that effect, I do not think I want to say "yes" to it...

You need to re-run MR-F to get accurate data.  You might also want to look at IN-D
