Unfortunately, you can't.  Although it wouldn't be that difficult to do, it would have to be a calculated balance based on all the activity prior to that date so if you ever deleted old cleared checks it wouldn't be accurate.  You can get an ending balance as of any date but you have to run it from the beginning of time and again it would only be accurate if you never deleted cleared checks.
