Finally a problem solved!  We had one Engineer that could not get Manufacturer's data loaded on IN-B.  When he wanted to add data, he would click MFGs and the entry screen would appear for 1 second then immediately return to the IN menu selection.  
Solution:  DO NOT click the "X" on the opening screen.  Either wait until it disappears, or hit any other key.
