I am currently running dba withthe 12/31/03 update.  Am I right in assuming that since I haven't installed any updates since then I need to run the full update instead of the incremental 2/13 update?  IS Tech support is so prolific I can hardly keep up!  Thanks for such great support.  I will have to do better!

Yes you will need to install the full update.
