Printing report to Excel or PDF
03/24/04 at 13:41:18

How do I send a report or form straight to Excel or PDF?
I can not find any information about how to do this. The only options I see is print to "List", "Printer", Disk", Cancel".  Am I missing something??

They need to be RTM style forms or reports to do that (SA-M & N, PO Reports, SO-O-J & K)

Still confused?  I tried to print SO-O-H but when I press the Print button a box opens asking where to send the report.  IE: List  Printer  Disk  Cancel     Nowhere does it ask to send to Excel or PDF.   What am I overlooking?

If the report prompts for an RTM then select Printer and on the Windows Printer selection screen, there is a choice to send to File and then choose the format.

1.  List SO-O-A to screen.
2.  reduce screen by clicking on magnify glass icon 3 or 4 times
3.  Highlight data only--
Do not highlight   titles at top of page or column headings or anything below customer total
4.  Right click on mouse and option box will pop up.
5.  Left click on copy
6.  exit out of SO-O-A
7.  minimize DBA by clicking on dash in far right hand corner
