In "IN-B" there is a section to include freight, how do we get the freight into that spot?

You can enter it, but only for type R and M parts.  Any other part type gets material and freight through the rollup from the lower level components.

If you mean the freight portion of the standard cost, I believe it can only be entered for type R items.  You can enter it there or in IN-L-A.

The Frieght Percent field on the first screen can probably be used for any item type.  I've never seen it used by I guess it increments the standard cost by X% each time something is received.  Not sure.

The freight % field on the front IN-B screen is used in PO-C to increment the Average Cost by that percentage of an upcharge to the PO price to burden the item with a freight cost.
