We seem to have lost the image link button in IN-A - I think wit the last update.   undecided  We've grown quite dependent on  accessing pix  with inventory inquiries.

Is there something I am missing?

Thanks

SM-K to turn on the toolbar at each workstation.  In Evo, run TOOLBAR.RUN at UT-A.

wtsconnects,

How are you getting the photos in the system ?

Are you doing one at a time of a mass qty of photos ?

I was going to (when I get Time) setup a photo workstation so they could put the item on the bench and press a button, Then save the photo with the part number as the file name. After a bunch were in there I was going to move the photos to the working directory and import links from excel.

Thanks, Lynn.

To shadowcaster,

Our images are mostly pdf engineering drawings which we store in customer folders on our server.  The part number is the file name.  We do it one at a time -  when customer sends order  - we request pdf if we don't have it or they issue new rev level.  We do have some pix of supplier parts which we we collect ongoing as we research costs etc. when putting together bids.

Hope this helps

Lynn,

When I go to UT-A and enter TOOLBAR.RUN I get an error saying that the TOOLBAR.RUN is not available.  It is possible that I do not know how to use this function or possible I do not have the correct file.  In any case, I need to know how to get the toolbar to display.

Thank you,

Bill

Just enter TOOLBAR without the .RUN if you are using standard DBA and not the Evolution menu.
