We issued a PO for an item and the vender wanted a credit card.
When we received the item, it was then received for the PO.  It there a way that the PO and invoice can be told that the item was paid by a credit card?
What we did was to enter a negative amount to offset the original and deleted the PO.  Not sure if this was the correct menthod,
