ISTech update download

We are happily getting ready to download all of the ISTech updates to DBA.    
 
DBA sits on a server, but is also installed on each machine that accesses the server. Will we need to install updates on all machines or just the server?

The SM-K Toolbar utility needs to be run at each workstation to turn on the toolbar but the update itself only needs to be installed to the server.
