I'm trying to understand something.
Under "GL and Vendor setup for Standard Deductions" there are two areas to enter GL accounts; "Liability Acct" & "EC Expense Acct".
It seems to make sense that FIT & SIT require an entry only uncer "Liability Acct". It also seems to make sense that FICA (both SS & Md) requires entries under both.
What I don't understand is why FUTA & SUTA require an entry under "Liability Acct". We don't withhold anything from paychecks for this.

FUTA & SUTA are liabilities for the employer, so that account number is set up to transfer liabilities in PR-H. We also have it set up to hit our Payroll Tax Expense Account.
