labor Xactions w/seq description printed out

Is there a way to have labor Xactions print out showing the sequence description?  
 
JC-c print labor Xactions prints only the seq# (no description).  
 
The WorkOrder Status report prints the description but lacks the abilty to refine it by date & employee.
 
Can this be done in a Crystals report?

ALL the labor reports and workorder reports need this ability.  It is VERY annoying to have to constantly look up the operation or compare two different reports to get the information needed.  
 
This would be a very helpful improvement.
