COA records with no match

HI:
What does it mean when you run AM-G Consolidate Financials and the last line COA records with no match: says a number. In my case that number is the number of general ledger accounts we have in the chartf of accounts. What is not mactching? I would appreciate some help. Thanks

You are trying to consolidate financials between 2 companies?  Sounds like one of the companies has no COA so every account is coming up as a non-match.

What do you mean by that?
I am trying to consolidate two companies, and I checked that both have the same exact chart of accounts. They both have the same amount of GL accounts.  
I do get a consolidated statement but that message keeps bothering me. Any other ideas?
I really appretiate your input.
