IN-F using GL accounts...
12/01/04 at 12:25:23

I've running the IN-F for about 3 years but after running it for the first time since upgrading to EVO, the report does not capture all the items for a specified GL account. This seems to happen when I select all Locations. It does seem to work ok if I chose only one Location though. Also I noticed that the book value is not on the report anymore, is this a bug or by design?

Thanks
Jim P.

It sounds to me like that report is not working with mutiple locations;  we have only one location and so the default setting in SD-Q for specifying location in IN-G is "no".  I am having no problems with this report, which I print by GL account.  Have you tried it in DBA Classic?

There may be issues if different locations point to different GL Accounts.  And it can't include Book Value unless you select All Locations because Book Value is stored as a total value, not by Location.
