BKSOG.Run not found
 
We have one station that gets this error whenever she tries to post an invoice after printing it.  She reports that she cannot do many things (such as run an MRP report) after printing an invoice.  Once she logs out and back in again she is able to post the invoice or do the other functions.  It does not happen at other stations.
 
I'm guessing there is a utility we can run to fix the problem but I am utility ignorant so I don't know what to do.
