No file in DBA maintains any record whatsoever of the user login doing the transaction. So it is impossible to report off of. Even in EVO-ERP, I do not believe that ISTS has user coded the records in the data files.

Sorry Aricon,

But I figured it out with alittle help from Lori. You need: File INVTXN field MTIT.EXTRA.

Works like a charm. Now my secondary question would be:

How can I create a .exe file for my non-Crystal Report users so that they can run said (refreshed) report when ever they need. (W/O having to request it from me)?

It is an available patch for v8 of Crystal. be advised however that v8.5 and up to 10 do NOT support that stand-alone creation of exe report files for distribution.
