I've used SO for years to update kit parts quantity by changing the kit quantity, but I haven't used SO for at least a year and there seems to be a change in what is happening when I make this same change now.
 
When I make a kit quantity change I end up with kit parts fractionally higher than they were originally and lower than they should be (ie change kit quantity from 1 to 2, original part quantity goes from 1 to 1.33).  The kit part change should be directly proportional to kit quantity change.
 
There are a number of new people using DBA in our company and a number of changes to DBA/EVO since I last used SO.  I can't find anything obviously wrong with our setup.  Anyone have any suggestions as to what to look for?

It was a problem, and it (at least in our case) has been fixed. Just make sure you're up-to-date.
