Last night I did the operation with DATADICT.ZIP that rebuilds data dictionary files under EVO.  This morning our ODBC connections to DBA were no longer working.  
 
I Ran ODBCDDF.RUN under UT-A as usual but ODBC is still not working.  The tables appear under the Pervasive Control Panel but when you try to open them they either appear blank or return an error message (“No such table or object”).

Yes.  Tonight I'll try rebooting the server and doing it all again.
 
..... actually Pervasive SQL uses a 2-piece ODBC system; I recreated the client piece but not the server piece.  Thanks for your suggestion!
 
...... 11PM - as soon as the server was rebooted it started working again.  Thanks again Lorne, Lynn!
