We have a new CFO who is trying to clean up DAB.  In the past employess were apparently not diligent in following up Invoices with items received.  Out RnI is way out of balance.  My questions are 2. 1. Is there an easy way to remove or clean up the received not invoice?  2.  Most of the RnI is from 2004.  What impact will cleaning up the RnI have on 2004 and 2005 accounting?
