We want to start using work orders in DBA, but the shop traveler is not printing out the way we would like/expect.  Is there a way to get the shop traveler to print out Routings and BOMs for all levels of a parent part work order, not just level one asms?

A work order is by definition in DBA a single level.  If your assembly BOM structure is multi-level then WO-K-D will explode a separate work order for each BOM level.  Phantom Assemblies is a tool you can use to keep the multi-level BOM structure for engineering purposes but combine levels to a single work order for production.
