Well I'm beyond confused. I had a record lock while Issueing materials to a WO. It said "too many TRIPS" well it tripped out allright. When I ran WO-O on that WO it was running and I noticed that the item # was always the same but the description was changing. Well after about 10 Mins of watching this I exited the program. I looked at the item # that was showing during this process and I have 72 Pcs. allocated 71 in WIP for this WO # when the BOM and WO have 1 on them? Going back to WO-O and looking up what is on the list to post all the entries are the same the problem part # with the wrong description for that #, looks like an endless list of them.  I ran SM-J-C master report only and it sees no problem with this part #
 
What is the file name for the temp issue. I will need to NUKE it.

Is the initialize program DBAINT.EXE ? It has been years since I have had to do it.
