I was wondering if anyone has had this same problem. It crops up its ugly head every once in a while.
 
When one of our sales guys printed a quote he got a misc. info which was not apart of the quote and when he went to print it again it wasn't there. I have had this happen a couple of different places and was wondering if anyone else has experience this. If so is it something I should just live with or is there something wrong that I should be concern with?
