I am working on a report in access to collect YTD totals for vendors. I have noticed that some of our vendors don't have totals in the YTD and MTD columns and there should be. Is there a program that updates all vendor statistics, or do I have to do them one by one in AP-A enter vendors and click on the statistics button (YUK!)?
