PO-C Receive Purchase Orders not saving
08/23/05 at 07:26:03

We are noticing increasing times of a PO being rec'd yet not being saved. We walked through the process of receiving in a PO with another user on another machine and all appeared correct - but when viewing the transaction activity is shows 0 were rec'd (rather than 2,000). Yet we can see that there are costs for the 2,000 waiting to be invoiced.

Could this type of table discrepency indicate that we need to run our annual maintenance routines in DBA to purge old data and "tighten" up current data? We have 10 users and a lot of activity recorded.

Thanks so much,

Are you sure they were not received into QC?

Check the PO Conversion factor on the PO Line - is it 0?
